We drive our custom-outfitted mechanic van right to your home, office, or designated location. You don’t even need to be outside while we work—you can hand us the keys or bike, and we’ll perform all repairs in our workshop van and return it tested and ready to ride!
Yes! Our mechanics are certified for Bosch, Shimano Steps, Bafang, Specialized Mind, and Brose e-bike systems. We carry diagnostic computers and replacement components for major e-bike brands.
Our vans stock over 500 standard replacement parts (tubes, tires, brake pads, chains, cables, cassettes, and derailleurs). If a rare part is required, we can order it or return within 24–48 hours to complete the repair.
